Assessments and debriefs
The right assessment shows you patterns you cannot see from the inside: how you are wired, what derails you under pressure and what fits you next. Dr. Sarai Koo helps you choose the right one and turns the results into real decisions in a one-to-one debrief.
Start with your question
You do not need to know the names of the tools. Start with the question, and Dr. Koo will help you choose the right assessment, or combination.
Your natural preferences: how you take in information, decide and recharge.
Your style with colleagues, what you need from others and how you influence.
The strengths that turn into risks when stakes and stress rise.
Emotional intelligence at work, from self-awareness to relationships.
How you approach change, uncertainty and risk, and how others experience it.
Interests and directions that fit you, useful in a career transition.
Feedback from the people around you, and the network you lead through.
That is what the first conversation is for. Tell us what you are facing and we will recommend the right fit.

A short conversation about your question and what is happening.
Dr. Koo recommends the assessment, or combination, that fits your question.
Answer honestly. There are no right or wrong answers.
Make sense of the results and decide what to do with them.

The debrief
Most people get a report full of letters, scores and colors, then never look at it again. A debrief with Dr. Koo is different. It is a real conversation about what the results mean for your work, your relationships and the decision in front of you.
“She explained this complicated tool with ease and expertly decoded the terminology so I could quickly understand my results.”
