1. Who we are
Coaching Specialty® is operated by Project SPICES LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through coachingspecialty.com, our forms and our communications with you.
Project SPICES LLC also operates Winning Pathway®, Project SPICES™ and Relationship & Love Tips™. Those websites may have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form, contact us or become a client, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization, job title and your answers about your situation and goals.
Information shared during coaching. If you become a client, you may share information about your work, decisions, relationships and life. We use it only to provide your coaching, as described in your coaching agreement.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our website platform and service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- To prepare a scope and investment and, if you become a client, to manage billing
- To send information you request and, where permitted, occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time

4. Sensitive information you choose to share
Your form answers or coaching conversations may include personal details about health, faith, relationships or other sensitive matters. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We use this information only to respond to you and to provide coaching, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling or medical treatment.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers use them to keep the site working, protect forms from spam and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, including forms, may not work properly without them.
Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where the law requires it, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
7. Email and text messages
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the link in the message or by contacting us. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. If you receive texts from us, you can reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
California residents. Depending on the circumstances, California law may give you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. California residents may also request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.
11. Children
Our services and website are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, including our related brands and our YouTube, TikTok and Facebook pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as a notice on this page.
