LEADERSHIP
Coaching Specialty® was founded by Dr. Sarai Koo, an executive coach, educator, facilitator, speaker, and creator of the Project SPICES™ Framework.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Koo has helped individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations navigate growth, leadership, change, culture, and development challenges across government, education, nonprofit, corporate, and community sectors.
