In his coaching, Bob Oberleitner believes that one of the primary jobs of a leader is to manage his or her own awareness to facilitate the most effective functioning of your team.

Bob has dedicated his career to helping people solve challenges through his work with, and the development of, senior executives and front line managers. He has extensive experience and blends more than 28 years of leadership and Senior Executive Service (SES) experience with the knowledge and skills of an executive coach. As a leader, he has led a variety of legal and technical projects with teams ranging in size up to over 1,000 people.

Bob is an ICF certified, Georgetown University trained Executive Coach. He also is certified in both levels of the Hogan Assessment instrument. He also has a graduate level Certificate of Advanced Public Management from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University. His clients have included leaders from both the private and public sectors including VPs, senior executives and supervisors.
